Pelham Media supports LVMH’s HR teams to create videos for Inside LVMH, a learning program which showcases the different brands and professions within the Group to students and internal talents, serving as a springboard for those who wish to join LVMH or enhance their skills with a certificate. Pelham Media handles the artistic direction, production (across Europe, America and Asia) and post-production of all the videos for the program.

At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, medical care for athletes, delegations and visitors was provided by the Greater Paris University Hospitals (AP-HP). To thank the AP-HP teams for their work, the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games asked KCO to design and run “AP-HP Celebrates the Games”. This Olympic-themed event offered healthcare professionals and their families the chance to discover and try out around twenty different Olympic sports, available in classic, adapted or health-focused formats. The event also featured breakdancing and BMX freestyle shows, group fitness classes and a wide range of fun activities for the thousands who attended.

Since the creation of VivaTech in 2016, Pelham Media, in partnership with Les Echos-Le Parisien, has been in charge of all brand content for the event and its founding, platinum and gold partners. We work with these partners to coordinate all stakeholders, create and manage format design and art direction, obtain and carry out interviews, and produce articles and videos.

KCO is also in charge of recruiting and managing over 600 student volunteers for the event.

WordAppeal designed, wrote, and designed the 2023 edition of FDJ’s integrated activity report. Embracing the conventions of print media – both mass appeal and informative, reflecting the Group’s image – this document highlights everything that makes FDJ the leader in games of chance and gambling in France. The objective: to showcase both FDJ’s business model and strategy, as well as its commitment to communities and value creation for its stakeholders.
Responsible gaming, Web3, Paris 2024, impact on communities, economic and social contribution… all these themes (and many more) are featured in this integrated report, presented in formats that innovate the practice of integrated reporting.

WordAppeal has crafted an advertising campaign for Capgemini in the vibrant city of Amsterdam. This project involved the conception and production of a dynamic animated ad campaign strategically placed across key locations, including Schiphol airport, metro stations, and prominent out-of-home billboards. The campaign is specifically designed to elevate Capgemini’s visibility and engagement at SIBOS 2022, the renowned Swift conference.

Pelham Media conceived an internal campaign for Moët Hennessy as part of a global initiative to connect with its employees across all its wine and spirits houses. The campaign included the creation of a distinctive name, logo, and graphic identity, as well as survey teasers, launch messages, manager, human resources and leadership communications, and follow-up and result announcements. The employee engagement survey was a resounding success for Moët Hennessy, with a great response and participation rate, leaving the company highly satisfied with the outcome.

WordAppeal devised and rolled out the internal communication plan for the new AccorLive intranet. To onboard 200 , 000 employees on the new platform, we launched a unique campaign which featured the creative design of the campaign’s graphic identity, production of a teaser and 5 tutorial videos, design of an engagement kit to get buy-in from managers, and more.

Ardian published its first integrated report in 2023, providing a more complete picture of how the company creates value for investors, portfolio companies, employees and society as a whole.

Pelham Media worked hand-in-hand with Ardian teams through the life of the project, taking on the editorial design, art direction and the creative concept, as well as the translation of the report. We also crafted and developed the web version of the report and social media content.

WordAppeal produced the graphic and editorial design for Edenred‘s digital-first 2023-2024 Integrated Report. An interactive weekly report concept called “Day by Day” was chosen to illustrate the support Edenred offers its customers on a daily basis. From Monday to Sunday, each day features a testimonial from one of the company’s internal and external stakeholders.

To support the LVMH Group’s drive to increase the share of women in senior leadership positions, Pelham Media created and launched Shero : the internal digital platform open to all talents which offers e-learning modules in addition to inspiring content (articles, videos and podcasts) around the theme of gender parity.
Pelham Media’s teams were in charge of UX design, creative design, front- and back-end development, and content creation. The agency also designed, developed and maintained the dedicated mobile iOS app distributed on LVMH’s company app store.

To read it is to understand the Group, its challenges, its strengths in meeting them, and to discover how Orange creates sustainable value. We were proud to take home two TOP/COM awards for the 2018 and 2020 reports.

KCO has been supporting Imagine for Margo in the logistical organization of its Children Without Cancer race since its inception in 2012. We’ve been involved in designing, planning and producing all the key phases of event delivery to deliver flawless organization while managing rapid growth in the number of participants.
In 2023, the race welcomed over 5,000 participants and raised over €2.3 million for pediatric cancer research.

The year 2023 marked the 10th anniversary of the Ardian brand. Pelham Media came up with a tailor-made corporate anniversary campaign: a “10 years” video series featuring portraits of employees in Paris, New York and Beijing, an event landing page on the Ardian website and a chronological, travelling exhibition which was presented in Austria and at the anniversary celebrations held at the Opéra de Paris.

WordAppeal has been working with Valeo on its corporate website since 2016. Every day, our consultants work alongside the Group’s digital communications team. We handle creative design, front- and back-end development, webpublishing and technical maintenance. We also advise Valeo on the publication of its content in compliance with SEO and accessibility best practices. Our last major project was a celebratory landing page to mark the Group’s 100th anniversary.

Pelham Media supported LVMH in the design, management and production of its Social and Environmental Responsibility Report in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The 2021 edition highlighted many advances in the Group’s sustainability commitments, including the validation of its carbon trajectory by SBTi and the creation of a diversity and inclusion department. For the first time, the report also included a section dedicated to art and culture.

WordAppeal advises and supports FDJ’s shareholder relations team in their communications and events. Among the achievements: Shareholder Masterclasses to improve investment management skills, contests during Investir Day or the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, a bi-annual Letter to Shareholders to review the highlights of the current year, a pre-annual general meeting survey to gather feedback from nearly 200,000 individual shareholders, and mailings for registration to sports or cultural events sponsored by the Group.

Alten, a leader in engineering and IT services, wanted to refresh its corporate magazine.

To appeal to young graduates and customers alike, Pelham Media drew inspiration from what you’d find on newsstands: a handy format, a new name, concise, expert subjects, more photos, a tonic charter, real-fake ads for Alten and even a paper airplane for the aeronautics edition.

Result: +34% hits on alten.com, 407,621 views on LinkedIn, +427% applications for the energy and environment sector.

Since 2016, WordAppeal has been in charge of French bank BNP Paribas’ corporate website content most notably through content creation (articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
The aim is to pool content designed for external use and where necessary adapt it for internal use.
Editorial production is divided into 18 thematic channels based on BNP Paribas’ strategic topics (e.g. sustainable finance, entrepreneurship, passion projects, innovation, etc.).

2021 was a remarkable year for Capgemini. Its results reflected the tremendous passion of 325,000 talents, its ongoing investment in innovation and its commitment to a sustainable future. This triptych structured the 2021 Integrated Annual Report.

WordAppeal, alongside Capgemini’s teams, produced the entirety of the report (strategy, content creation, creative design, translation, web development) in both print and digital versions.

WordAppeal designed the corporate campaign for Capgemini’s 50th anniversary. More than 1,000 guests (customers, partners and employees) gathered for Living the Future, a gala evening at the Château de Versailles organized entirely by the agency. A film portrait of founder Serge Kampf, a motion design video retracing the company’s history, a website dedicated to oustanding projects and a connected sports and solidarity challenge for employees worldwide were entirely designed and deployed by the WordAppeal, L’Éclaireur and KCO teams. A collective effort rewarded with 3 TOP/COM awards.

Since 2010, Studio Les Éclaireurs has been the creative force behind Philosophie Magazine’s special issues, providing art direction and layout for four magazines a year.

The studio’s creative vision has also been put to good use in the graphic redesign of a series of monthly magazines, and in the publishing of certain issues in book form.
The issue “L’amitié: ce que nous avons de meilleur?” was awarded the Prix Relay & SEPM for best special issue in the Palmarès 2022.

Every year, Le Point publishes its essential gifts supplement in the run-up to the festive season. Between portraits of personalities revolutionizing the classics of gastronomy, jewelry and publishing, and with over a hundred gift ideas, the 2023 edition plays on contrasts.
Since 2018, the agency has been managing and editing the magazine, enhanced by the art direction and layout of our studio L’Éclaireur.

For its client Hennessy, Pelham Media engages employees in Cognac and Paris through a specially-created private Instagram account. From artistic direction to the creation of a veritable bible of editorial formats, we also ensure the creation of posts for the account along with more in-depth articles, video production, and strategy. Our teams work alongside Hennessy’s internal communication and engagement teams to produce content daily. This work has been awarded a Grand Prix Stratégies.

In Paris La Défense, Nantes and Boulogne, KCO and the humanitarian organization Action Against Hunger work hand in hand to organize the Challenge Against Hunger event. Since 2012, we have been supporting the NGO in the production and operation of these sports and solidarity events, inviting participating companies’ employees to support a great humanitarian cause.

Indigo chose KCO to organize its internal sports event in 2018 and 2024. We scouted a location capable of hosting the event, proposed sporting activities, handled all administrative procedures and emergency arrangements, selected accommodation and services, coordinated employee transfers, and created the event’s graphic identity and dedicated digital platform with live tracking.

KCO supported Pernod Ricard in the organization of its Responsib’all Day for the 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022 editions. We were responsible for the strategy, design, logistical deployment and creation of communication tools for this day of solidarity and conviviality which brings together the 700 employees of the company head office.

Alto International has been a partner of the VINCI Group and its subsidiaries for over 20 years. The agency translates annual reports, meeting and committee decks, news briefs for various websites and posts on social networks.
Alto also provides face-to-face and remote interpreting services for all Group departments and on all subjects.
